We focus on movement, strength, and helping you feel good - both physically and mentally. Every session is designed to help you move better and feel stronger.


Our sessions are simple and flexible - train 1:1 or bring a friend (2:1) for 30, 45, or 60 minutes.


Absolutely! Most of our clients start that way. We'll teach you everything you need to know safely and at your own pace.


Simply fill out our contact form or email us at admin@movepersonaltraining.co.nz and we'll match you with a trainer and time that works for you.


We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. However we understand when life gets in the way, so just let us know as early as possible.


We've got everything you need for a full-body workout, including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, a power cage, squat rack, cardio equipment, and more. All our equipment is high-quailty and selected to support safe, effective training.


There are typically 1-3 trainers in the gym at a time, but all sessions are 1:1 or 2:1 by appointment, so it's all about you and your workout.


Yes. Our training focuses on safe, effective movement and strength. We regularly work with clients managing injuries, aches, or returning to training after time off. If you have specific concerns, let us know and we'll tailor sessions to suit you.


Most clients train 1-3 times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and recovery. We'll help you find a routine that works for you.


No. We don't lock clients into long-term contracts. We want you to train with us because it's working for you, not because you feel tied in.


Just bring yourself, a drink bottle, and good energy - we've got the rest covered.


Yes! We offer free parking and a clean shower for clients on the go.
