
I’ve had a passion for health and fitness from a young age, and strength training has played an important role in both my physical and mental wellbeing. My goal is to help others build confidence through movement and create a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
My coaching focuses on quality movement, strength, and long-term sustainability, with a strong emphasis on prehab and rehab. As a personal trainer who has trained through injuries myself, I prioritize training that supports the body rather than putting it in vulnerable positions - helping clients move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent over time.
